The first of many

Well the first ante-natal class baby has been born, and two more are in the process. The first was a little girl. How exciting. Hopefully will get to meet her on Tuesday when we meet up for coffee. I have a midwife visit today,so hopefully will hear some details, as it was a plannedhomebirth.

It's been a strange week, one day full of energy, the next day tired. Just going with the flow and doing things as I can. Have been enjoying reading and a bit of daytime TV!
I am now fully walking like a cowboy, as I can feel a little head grinding in my pelvis. And have been having lots of braxton hicks contractions this week.

Next week I am off for an afternoon at the day spa. A treat from Thistle Hall as my going away present. I am having an aqua facial, which includes foot and hand massage, aswedish neck and shoulder massage and an eyebrow shape and tint. Have told Andy he has to take me out for dinner that night as I will be feeling all glamorous... what a pity I only have stink old maternity clothes to wear, oh well. :)

Hopefully we have a busy weekend sanding and plastering... but I've said that before and it didn't happen... so will just play it by ear. :)
