winter holidays

We had a wonderful winter holiday last month. Big love to Di and Luke who hosted us in Taupo. We got a huge dump of snow the day before we went up the mountain, which was perfect for snow angels!

We also visited Spa park, which has a great playground, including a flying fox which Taane tried out. And even better than that, a free, public hot pool off the side of the Waikato river, which was lovely and relaxing on a cold winters day!

It's been lovely to have winter holidays the last couple of years, winter is such a special time, I don't think we celebrate it enough in this country. But there is lots to celebrate!
